was introduced to Jianwen and in Dec.
2000, it witnessed the recognition of
ISO9002 By placing emphasis on quality,
quality management, and quality control
system.
"Quality is
nonnegotiable" is Jianwen's quality
mission statement. Jianwen has a very
strict quality control system that
is executed during the whole process,
from the purchase of raw materials
to finished products' shipment.

The application of "5S" can
improve both working conditions and
products quality. More importantly,

SORTING(SEIRI):TO
recognize what one need to use and
what not, then sort out the one you
need not.
SORTING OUT (SEITON):
TO locate what you need to use, label
them and put them in order.
CLEANING(SEISO):To
know where the rubbish is and guard
against contamination.
CONSOLIDATING(SELKETSU):To
regulate and execute the above "5S"
and then maintain accomplishment.
CULTIVATING(SHITSUKE):To
work by rules and regulations then
form the kind of habit.
